The Performance Series is assembled on an durable 6063-T6 aluminum alloy shell, with magnesium and silicon as the alloying elements. A high-temp powder coat can be applied for a completely custom look. The Yamaha Raptor 90 is available as a Full System in the Performance, Mini-Exhaust Series. It features a 9", 1.75" DIA exhaust shell with a mini-end cap design and a Header that's .25" larger in diameter than the stock system. Switching to the Performance, Mini-Exhaust Series will drop weight off the machine and add 10-15% more horse power to the 90cc engine.
