Description: GERMAN VIOLIN ---RE-VOICED ----- Guarnerius violin hand made in Germany. Re-voiced to a classical recipe. New bass bar for immediate response, awesome tone and great projection with plenty of volume. Strong tone, slightly dark with plenty of brightness for that classical sound. I also thinned the back a bit so the label was destroyed during the process. The violin appears to be a copy of Guarneri's Cannon model as it seems that is what the maker was going for, good job. All the fittings are new including the pegs, end pin, chin rest, finger board, nut and saddle; all are ebony. The pegs turn butter smooth, hold well and are Parisian eye inlaid as well as the end pin. The tail piece is a Wittner carbon fiber with built in fine tuners that turn easily and smoothly. This violin is in excellent condition. This is a quality, well built violin that is pinned and has 4 corner blocks. The violin is full sized 4/4 and measures 23-9/16", the upper bout is 6-1/2" and the lower bout is 8-1/2". BRAND NEW Heli-core medium tension strings. I spent a lot of time and expensive parts on this violin but you will find it was worth the money and effort. The price is firm.
