Description: For sale is a complete, high-grade Grallator dinosaur footprint. Impressions of the three primary toes and the 4th "halux" toe are present. This footprint specimen represents an underprint and formed as sedimentary layers beneath the ground surface were displaced as the dinosaur walked across a wet/muddy area ~200 million years ago. The footprint was collected in two pieces and has been professionally restored. A removable clear coat was also applied to the footprint to enhance visibility for display. This specimen was salvaged from the Jurassic Towaco Formation in NJ at a construction site that is no longer accessible. A great piece for your collection!
