I have made several trips to this area and enjoy all there is to offer when collecting these, from the feeling of finding wonderful specimens, to meeting great people! I have come to appreciate the hard work required to acquire these pieces. I also have trouble understanding how China continues to be allowed to call their specimens Herkimer Diamonds. They are most likely not from Herkimer. PLEASE INSPECT THE PICTURES CAREFULLY! They should show the size and weight in at least a few of the posted pictures. The pictures were taken with an iPhone.
