It is a beautifully designed spoon. The reverse is marked "Sterling," however, there is no maker's mark. The spoon measures 5 1/2 inches long. The weight is 23.5 grams. The condition is excellent, with no dents, warps, engravings, or other issues. It is believed to be circa 1920/1930.
