It has a two-layer fabric with sealed seams that provides protection from the elements without letting out body heat. The jacket also has a fleece-lined collar and pockets to keep you warm and dry. The jacket is made from HellyTech, which makes it easy to shed water and keep cold winds out. Size XS/TP, measures 14" shoulder width, 18" pit to pit , 24" sleeve length and 24" long.
