This is the Darwyn Cooke cover variant. This comic lays flat and has beautiful gloss. I'm not a professional grader, but I would say its condition is VF+ (8.5). The book has 4-5 visible spine stresses on the front that vary in size from 1/8"-1/2" (see attached pictures). The back spine 3-4 visible spine stresses that are between 1/8"-1/4". Corners are good. There is edge wear on the back cover along the left edge and also on the top edge of the front cover. Shipping within the US is $5.75. Shipped securely in a Gemini mailer with delivery confirmation.
