Description: Vintage Harman Kardon HK590i Stereo Receiver Nice clean unit, working perfectly except for the tuner. Tuner section seems to be getting power and tuning to the frequency, but doesn't have any sound output. Probably needs alignment, I just don't have the tools for it. Amp, all switching, tape and phono all work great, beautiful sound. No returns on this receiver please - it is discounted and a nice little project for someone who likes to tinker and knows more about tuners than me. Full specs in the last photo. * All leaky and leakage-prone capacitors on all boards, including phono amp, were swapped out with high quality Panasonic FC and Nichicon Fine Gold audio-grade capacitors. * Idle current set to spec. * All controls have been cleaned and treated with De-Oxit. Cosmetically the unit is 8/10. No major scratches or dents, just a few stain stops on top, couple of corners slightly dented and a few small scratches on knobs - please see photos. No manual or any other accessories included.
