It is a waist jacket with a belt, it is snug on the waist but opens up at the shoulders to give one space to reach the handle bars. I am 5'6 , 145lbs, I am a 36B chest and 30.5 waist, I normally wear a ladies size 8 or medium. This jacket is in like new condition worn only twice,but has a natural distressing to the leather, which is how it was made.
