Size tage says Medium but reall fits like a large. Maybe it is suppose to be large fitting. It is faux fur on the outside and has a goose down filled interior. It is a very thick and plush. There are 2 front pockets and it zips up the front. This wonderfully warm coat is in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures. Has a beautiful trim around the hem and sleeves. This is a medium marked coat but I have to say, that I would usually buy myself a large and this fits and I would not go bigger than this size. I still have tons of room to layer as well. It seems to me, that it fits larger than what I would consider a medium so please see measurements. I think it would be fine for a medium or a large, but could be big for a medium. Please go by the measurements although once you put it on you will not want to take off this comfy jacket !!! I think they may maked these made larger so you can layer items beneath for extreme weather conditions. I assure you this will be the warmest coat you own! This coat is so nice and comfy I guess you can tell...I actually have mixed feelings on why I am letting it go! Other features: Two pockets, goose down insulation, wonderful large hood, beautiful trim, super soft and comfy when you wear it feels like a down comforter wrapped around you! ALSO someone mentioned this could be a men's or women't so the measurement from left to right under the arms is 27 inches across under the sleeve. Zipped up.
