Description: Hello! You are buying a single junk journal that I handmade myself in my home studio in Kentucky. I like to have a name for the journal when I list it, and she is called "Perfect in Pink." You can name her what you like! It measures 9 x 6 inches and without adding anymore it's about 2 inches thick and has lots of room for additions of your own. Features: -This journal is a nice ASMR item meaning the base is made from bubble wrap packaging and vintage coffee/tea dye fabrics are sewn over to make the cover. So when you touch it you will hear the little crinkles. It's very sturdy and well made. The fabric is hand dyed to look even more vintage and gives it that rustic & beautiful look. -Ready made journal, meaning it's ready to use without any further additions. However, there is plenty of room for you to decorate, write, draw, sketch, and fill to your hearts desire. There are also many things not pictured for you to look at and pull out and see! I wanted to leave some of the things a surprise for my buyer. -Pink is the overall color theme with other color splashes to give it great accents. -I couldn't picture all 80 half pages, but I did highlight a lot of the extra goodies inside. There are clips, tags, handmade ephemera pieces, embellishments, tuck spots, fold overs, hidey holes, tabs & so much more. There are also page huggers and paper items to pull out & look at. You still have plenty of room to add anything you would like! -The journal has 1 signature that is tied in the middle with vintage ribbon. Very sturdy and can withstand high traffic use. So to elaborate, there are 40 full sheets of paper, and when folded in half, it makes 80 half sheets. Lots of room to make it your own. -The lace & ribbon tie is not attached and completely removable but ties really nice and flat. It also is vintage and dyed with tea stain to give it that beautiful rustic feel. It is flexible yet firm and lays flat nicely for you to decorate. -This journal features at least 75% of my own hand dyed distressed paper that I make in my studio! If you are a journal maker I do custom distressed paper for artists in a variety of bundles & colors! Keep all your little momentos in one place like movie tickets, restaurant receipts, pics, write affirmations, poetry, and so much more! You can doodle, add stickers, create your own art pages, and just plain create anything your heart desires. If you watercolor I suggest putting a thick layer of paper in between your pages, but it's not really made for that. You could do watercolor in small bursts and dry with a heat gun before moving on. However pencils, pens, some markers, colored pencils are all good choices to use in this book. Just use caution and place a boundary behind the sheet you are working on. Make sure the page is empty on the other side and if it was to bleed through you can cover with other art modules like stickers and paper clippings and collage type things. So much you can add to it and personalize it for you! Glue sticks, thin layers of pvc glue, washi tapes, regular tape are all good fixatives to use in this journal. Don't oversaturate the page with liquid and you are good to go! It's really great to have one place to put things you would like to look back on that normally gets lost in life. And they are so pretty to just look back through and be nostalgic. You can also fit a few greeting cards flat inside it. Before you tie it back together. Ty so much!
