Production process: The hardest part of the shrimp is to create a natural curvature for the back of shrimp. To do so, it is necessary to choose the round bamboo, slanted to select the size of the different sizes, then put together in order from small to large. The tail of the shrimp is small pieces of bamboo, thin, clawed, spread out. However, selecting and processing raw materials is still the most important. Selected bamboo will be soaked for 6 months continuously in the pond. Then the bamboo will be cut into several sections. Completed materials will be numbered and only be put into production after 6 months. It is thanks to this thoroughness that this bamboo shrimp have a very long life, meet the physical conditions when processing. our lobsters are hand made and hand painted by the founder Nguyen Minh Chau in Vietnam which shown in the pictures of making the antenna and his son is assembly the body as shown in the pictures. we visit Chau production floor and he allow us to take some pictures to advertise this product, Chau spent over years of time to make the first lobster and tested for years to be sure it will last before put in production, that's why this lobster have a very long life, also the one made by Mr Nguyen do not have the bar code label on it, and also do not have any fancy packaging as it will bring the cost up, so if you got one with the bar code label and or fancy packaging you properly got the one that copy from other company, and mainly the copy one are not doing the same production process which might not have a long life and anti-termite or other insect repel as the one made by Minh Chau and of course they can selling at the lower price.
