All lettering is organic and natural, not traced or printed in any way. While I try my best to keep the lettering the same they may differ slightly. This item is non refundable and non exchangeable because of the personalisation, each jumper is unique and made to be one of a kind. Perfect for it's unique-ness and beauty, just like every single one of us. Please note that the extra chunky yarn does limit the amount of space to stitch. If you have your eye on an extra-chunky yarn colour please send me a message to double check that it will be able to fit without looking too overcrowded. Extra chunky yarn best suits nick names, rather than full names. If you like the chunky yarn I would recommend using that for a standard name (no more than 6 letters across), or perhaps a nick-name, especially if you are looking at size 0-3 months, as of course these jumpers are teeny tiny and don't leave a whole lot of room for a longer name. Silver star and dream have a delightful yet subtle amount of sparkle to them that really comes out when the light hits it. If you do have in mind a double barrel name or a first and last name they will be stacked, as there isn't enough room across the chest. Match your jumper with any yarn to create the desired look, if you are having trouble matching the colours please feel free to send me a message and I can send you a photo of the yarn against the jumper to check the colour combo before we begin. These sweaters are an oversized fit, the larger the size the wider they get. I do recommend ordering the normal size you would order, unless you like a really over sized fit, then order up. These are hand stitched and customised to your liking, so that being said they do require time for me to stitch them. I try to my best to keep the turn around time less than 10 days, but sometimes it will be 10 days, not less. Please hand wash and lay flat to dry.
