Description: Hand Carved WOLF ORIGINAL SCULPTURE ESKIMO MAN with WOLF PUPS Wolf original sculpture of an Inuit Eskimo sitting and holding two wolf pups. The figurine was made in Canada by Edmund Wolf who is famous for wild life carvings that are Inuit/Eskimo style and appear to be made of soapstone. Wolf Originals are not soapstone, but a composite stone and marble that is molded and carved. The original designs came from Eskimo/Inuit artist. These were produced in the 1970s and 1980s and were sold in Canadian giftshops. Measures about 4" tall by 3 1/2" x 2 1/2". Bottom shows the original paper label.
