We work hard to process, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, please allow 2-4 business days from the time you make payment for your item to ship. We apologize but we cannot gift wrap any items or add special notes to the packages. We include a packing slip with shipments. If you request a ?gift packing slip? You can typically track your package through eBay. Domestic Shipments:Shipping is FREE (unless otherwise noted) for all US Domestic shipments. If you choose to ship by another method, shipping will not be free, and you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping. International Shipments:Shipping is calculated by eBay using USPS First Class Mail International Service. We cannot ensure delivery and are not responsible for any duties, taxes or other import charges. We will complete all paperwork for the item to ship from the United States, but we cannot guarantee what another country?s customs office does to the package once it arrives or what they may require from the buyer. Returns:You may return your item for a refund or exchange (if stock available) for items that are received broken or not as described. We may require the return of the broken item or for you to email us a picture before we ship the replacement. Replacement items will be shipped free of charge in this instance. Issues with the item not conforming to the description will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Minor imperfections in the condition of the box or in painting quality will not qualify. If you need to return your item because you purchased the wrong item, no longer need the item, you changed your mind, or for any other reason, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If a return is permitted, we must issue an authorization for the return. You pay the cost to return the item, and we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will not be made until the item has been returned and inspected and may take up to 2 weeks upon receipt. All items must be returned in original box. Items cannot be returned because they arrived later than needed or expected unless the delay was due to our not shipping within 4 business days from time payment is made.
