The RSS is made of specially hardened steel to provide you with high tensile, torque and shear strength. The built in washer head has no sharp edges as conventional lag screws. The RSS is also available in PHEINOX Stainless Steel. Built in Washer Head W-Cut Thread design cuts through any fibrous material with ease and reduces the amount of torque required to install the screw. Zip-Tip is designed for fast starts in any fibrous materials. CEE Thread enlarges the screw hole for the non-threaded portion of the fastener allowing the wood to settle easily.
