The fish is cut out and centered on a piece of fossil shale, the specimen has been highlighted to distinguish between head and tail. Each fish will be from 3-4 inches in length and has been selected for completeness. NOTE : The fish photographed is representative of the type of specimen you will receive in your kit, there is sometimes a difference of coloration that is from light orange to deep brown amongst these fossils and is not shown until you begin to expose the fish fossil.
