For your consideration is this absolutely nostalgic and authentic VINTAGE green porcelain enamel 12.0” diameter gas station/industrial light shade. Note; this auction is for the lamp shade only and does not include the electrical fixture. The shade is made of steel and has a glossy green porcelain enamel finish on the outside and a glossy white porcelain enamel finish on the underside. The shade weighs approximately 1.6 pounds by itself and measures approximately 12.0" in diameter and 3.25” in height. The opening at the top of the shade, where the electrical fixture is installed, measures approximately 1.75” in diameter. Refer to description photos #11, #12, #13, #14 and #15 to confirm the weight and size dimensions and for more details about what I have described. This authentic vintage light shade has the desired look and age appropriate scattered surface blemishes that you would normally associate with a piece of this age and use. The glossy green porcelain enamel remains in very good looking condition with scattered surface blemishes and old spots of minor edge chipping that are located along the shade’s outer perimeter. Refer to description photos #1, #2, #3, #4 and #12 for more details about the condition of the green porcelain enamel finish I described. The white porcelain enamel underside of the shade also shows minor surface blemishes that consist of paint splatter and a few areas of small scattered spots of porcelain chipping.
