Description: *GREAT FIND* Vintage🔥GOTTLIEB Hammesfahr GERMAN🔥WWI Era TRENCH🔥KNIFE & Sheath This is AN INCREDIBLE Vintage WWI Era GERMAN Military ~ GOTTLIEB Hammesfahr TRENCH Boot KNIFE & Sheath FEATURING The GOTTLIEB SOLINGEN Foche & MAKER’S INSIGNIA (both insignias pictured)! The REMARKABLE Vintage Boot TRENCH KNIFE is a GERMAN SOLINGEN original and is perfect for collectors of militaria or vintage collectors and enthusiasts and would make A PHENOMENAL ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION. The knife measures approximately 10 & 7/8” long (unsheathed), with a blade length of approximately 6” long. The sheath that accompanies the knife does appear to be the actual sheath that was issued with it, but it looks like it has been repainted which was not done by me and was in this condition when I acquired it. The knife is in its original condition of course, it’s just the sheath that appears to have been repainted apparently for display purposes.
