Description: Antique Gorham sterling silver .925, cast souvenir spoon, in the VERY RARE Chantilly Sorbets No. 639 pattern, featuring a PARROT bird handle, gilded bowl, & is NOT monogrammed. These spoons were named as such three years prior to the Chantilly flatware pattern. The spoon is marked with the Gorham Lion Anchor G mark Sterling, 639, measures approximately 5 1/8 inches long, & WEIGHS .515 ozt. The spoon is in very good antique estate condition; NO REPAIRS. THERE IS WORN BOWL WASH, LIGHT SCRATCHING & WEAR CONSISTENT WITH THE AGE OF THE PIECE & NORMAL USAGE. THERE IS GLARE & REFLECTION IN SOME OF THE 17 PHOTOS.
