The meteorites I collect, as you might note if you see the other ones I’m selling, are all entire stones or substantial metal fragments with attractive shapes, and clean surfaces. This is because although I began collecting meteorites as most do, with an intent to get a tiny piece of this and a little piece of that and in the end have a little bit of everything, I decided instead to collect whole stones, with as close to an unbroken entry and desert crust as I could find, meteorites of real aesthetic attraction. When you hold them in your hand, they speak to you of the creation of the solar system. This is an unclassified northwest African chondrite of 551 g. It is in absolutely lovely shape, and this attractive combination of quality, size and displayability are very hard to get. At $329, which includes the shipping, I think this is a good buy.
