I bought them for bedtime accidents. The best part is the four corners have a peel-and-stick to keep it from moving around at nighttime. I put one underneath the fitted sheet and one above it for extra protection. It is long enough to cover a twin mattress either way. It is a rectangle shape, so you can flip it to cover more space than I did. The material is soft, but my son didn't like it at first. He got used to it. It's a great way to save the mattress and some laundry time. I recommend for bedtime or even pets. Potty Training Miracle 9 May 20 Get this. Get it now. Having a 5 year old potty training was a nightmare prior to this product, and my kid would have been nighttime trained wayyyyy sooner if I had this product earlier. We had tried all kids of night pads when my kid was around 3 and every night I had a soaked upset kid, and a soaked sheet/pad, laundry, and sometimes a wet mattress. Well when my kid turned 4 we moved her into a loft bed, changing sheets on a loft bed SUCKS, so me and my husband both sort of gave up on night training and went back to pull-ups. Then COVID happened and we decided to finally get this nighttime training dealt with. This product is life changing, we haven?t even needed to change the sheets. Since we have a foam mattress that we are very interested in protecting, we put one under the sheet, and one on top of the sheet. We still have never needed to change the sheet, or the pad underneath the sheet, one pad on top is really that absorbent. Within about 2 weeks, and with 3/4 accidents, my 5 year old is now totally night trained. Seriously, get this product. I wish I would have done it sooner! Great for potty training kids! 24 Oct 18 Tonight I was reminded of just how much I love these. I have spent over $100 on high quality waterproof mattress protectors that STILL leaked when my child would wet the bed. Bought these in hopes of them working better, and never anticipated how much I would love them. Was just woken up by a child who said they wet the bed. I would have normally spent the next 20 mins losing sleep while I took off bedding, absorbed as much pee with a towel as possible, sanitized, and then put new bedding on. Instead I literally just peeled off the disposable mat, everything else was PERFECTLY dry, laid down a new one and kissed my kid good night. No lost sleep for this mom. I love how soft they are, how well they stay put (this one had been on there for a few weeks!), and they serve so many purposes. We have used them to protect the surface when someone has the stomach bug, we travel with them so my kids don?t accidentally ruin someone else?s bed, and recently our dog had surgery and I put one on her bed to protect it from any accidents. We have 5 kids, 3 of which are potty trained but still wet the bed on occasion. These are very large, so even though my children are wiggly when they sleep, the pad is always under them if they have an accident.These are sticky under all four corners, and stay stuck to the mattress until they need changed. I've used one for up to 6 months on one of my little's beds without having to change it (because it never got wet). I changed it out only because I felt I should, not because it was coming unstuck.I have never had a child have a nighttime accident on one of these that it didn't catch everything. Not just for kids!
