Goldenrod tea has a great mild taste and is often consumed with a little honey, sugar or syrup as sweetener. It is also a great tea to take in combination with roselle/rosella/florida cranberry/gongura/Jamaican sorrel (Hibiscus sabdarrifa), yaupon holly (ilex vomitoria) (the richest natural source of caffeine amongst American native plants) and wild sunflower (Helianthus annuus), all grown and produced at Escambia Lakes.
