A smaller size was issued in the 1950s with the incised number 200/0. At the same time, the large size was changed to 200/1. Many size variations. The old name of this hummel was "Goat Boy" in older catalogs. The number of the hummel in this listing is 200/0. See below for the specifications/variations on this hummel: Has Large "V" Stylized Bee Trademark (TMK-3) stamped in Blue on underside of base. (Early Version) Stamped "Western Germany" in black on underside of base. Has "1948" incised on bottom of base and "M.I. Hummel" signature incised on the rear top side of base. " by W. Goebel"stamped in Blue on underside of base. Hummel Number "200/0" incised on underside of base. Hand-signed "3" by Master Painter on underside of base. Colors of figurine do retain gloss. Closed Edition. Hummel is in Good condition for it's age! No Chips! No Touch Ups! No Repairs! There is minimal crazing detected on lower portion of figurine. See final two pictures, one with and one without light and magnification. There is also a paint flake on the front heart strap (red) of boy's lederhosen. It may have some dust from sitting in the China Cabinet for several decades. I certainly did not want to damage it inadvertently by cleaning it.
