Yes, if you have an S13/R32 subframe with the anti-squat kit fitted, then the suggested traction rod length is 225mm measuring from the center hole to the center hole. Will these fit my car? It is pretty straight forward and the sufbrame doens't need to be removed for these to be fitted but you'll obviously need access to a welder and know how to use one.
