Description: For sale I have this stunning and unique Gibson SG Special I bought brand new and customized. I have all black and gold guitars and wanted this one to be no exception. Some of the special appointments include Seymour Duncan hand-wound staple p90 in the neck. (Beautifully thick but with an unbelievable amount of clarity.) A routed bridge for a humbucker with a vintage Seymour Duncan pickup. I converted the wraparound into a ABR bridge. This is not easy to do at all. Really, you’ll never se another one like it. I had to come up with my own unique method that didn’t require filling and then drilling new holes. A left handed gold bigsby that you can use your palm to press down own. I also made my own custom designed palm rest to make sure you can press down without hurting your hand. I got tuners with an insane 18:1 tuning ratio but they didn’t have the buttons I wanted so I put the tuning pegs on myself. Even the control knobs are custom and actually look gold unlike 99.9% of “gold” Gibson knobs which normally look more nickel like. This whole thing is a labor of love from beginning to end and is one of the best playing guitars I’ve ever played. I took a bunch of pictures as it has all the little scrapes and knicks you’d expect from a gigging guitar. Neck and truss rod are in perfect condition. The only thing is on the back I tried to use a cleaner that put some streaking in the finish. You can only notice it under the most direct sunlight but under any other lighting conditions it is completely unseeable. I have included some examples in the pictures.
