Description: Up for grabs is a mint in sealed baggie Cobra Commander with Mickey Mouse emblem. Super rare and hard to find uncirculated. This was a mail away. There is a small 3/4” slit in the side of the baggie (see pic) but not big enough to remove the figure. So AFA gradeable.
