Note that because the disc comes in a CD-size cardboard sleeve (not a DVD-style plastic case), there is no booklet or text of any kind, only the sleeve and the disc. CONDITION: Disc is in excellent like new condition, cardboard sleeve has some minor marks visible in the mostly white background (such as at the top around the "Accentuate the negative" slogan -- see photo).
