Weight is approximately 1.7 lbs on a digital scale. Germantown Tool Works, known for producing these tools, was operational until the 1950's. The hatchet axe has vintage wear, some oxidation / pits / scuffs / scratches. Needs cleaning and sharpening. The handle has wear / stains / wood chips off / cracks near the bottom. Sold as found.
