The dose prescribed by the physician must not be exceeded because an excess of vitamin A could have a harmful effect on the unborn child, especially in the early stages of pregnancy. With the consumption of large amounts of foods that contain vitamin A, the simultaneous ingestion of Geriatric Pharmaton capsules should therefore be avoided.
