This figure is in the original box and retail packaging. This listing contains the exact item shown in the attached pictures. This item appears to be new and unused because there are no signs of use but, I cannot guarantee it to be new so please do not consider it to be new although it does appear to be new. When I opened this box and removed the styrofoam protecting the figures the tape had been cut as can be seen in the attached pictures. The figures are still in their plastic bags tucked away inside the stryofoam packing protector. I have made a large purchase of these Boyd's Bears and Hallmark Christmas Collector Figures and Ornaments and will be listing more in the coming days so be on the lookout for anything you're in search of that I may have and will be listing soon.
