Description: Genmark GB4/Gencobot 4 Atmospheric Wafer Transfer Robot made for ASM Comes with what you see in the pictures. If you don't see it, you probably wont get it. Specifications are from Genmark and may vary slightly due to upgrades, options, or revisions this unit may or may not have. This unit was removed from service in working condition but we have no way to test it and are selling it for parts or not working. The arm moves back and forth. It came in with another ASM robot that said it was PN: 2969571-01 but I am not sure if this is the same. The other unit also said it was a GB4 but at one point we had some paperwork that said this unit was a GB4P I believe but we do not know where it is now. It is sold as-is, where-is. I believe the current model from Genmark is a GB4-CTR.
