Description: Thanks for looking at the listing. I bought this earlier this summer at a garage sale from the original owner. He told me he intended on replacing his old one with this one at one point in the past (he had some issues with some of the internal gears or something), but ended up buying a complete door and motor kit separately. This was sitting in his garage and it appears as if all of the hardware items needed to mount it are included - with that said, though, I can't guarantee you won't be missing a piece or two - maybe you can locate an old installation guide that has a list of needed parts? The hardware bags are sealed. The metal brackets don't show any scratching from previous installations. The light cover/shade does have a few scuffs on it from storage as well as the motor body cover/shell. Two clickers/openers are included - one is for the interior garage door and the other one is for a vehicle - it has a visor clip on it. Both of the openers are sealed and unopened. The wiring on the back is wrapped up neatly as it originally came out of the box. None of the original packing material or box is available, but I promise it will be professionally packaged and it will make it in one piece! This motor unit is a bit on the heavy side so shipping will probably be UPS. Unfortunately, I cannot answer any sort of questions about compatibility. I know just as much about it as the pictures can tell you - please review the model number and check your manual to be sure it'll work for you! Consult a professional for installation!
