Genesis Coupe 10-16 Gauge Pod Driver Vent

Description: Genesis Coupe 10-16 Gauge Pod Driver Vent This 3D printed part replaces the front of the vent to run a 52mm gauges. The pod fits a 52mm or 2 1/16 gauge. The vent limits the depth of the gauge you can use. You have 1.625" from the front of the design to the plastic inside the vent. It will work on any Genesis Coupe 10-16. It will not work on any other car. The design replaces the front fins in the driver vent and doesn't require any cutting or drilling. This listing is only for the 3D printed part. It doesn't come with the gauges or any interior trim. Installation is simple and requires basic hand tools. Removal of the vent is a few steps. Start by removing the trim on the side of the dash then remove the screw holding the vent in. Remove the vent by pulling it out, if it doesn't come out easily use trim removal tools. Remove one small screw on the back of the vent before you remove the front trim. Remove the front trim around the vent by prying back the tabs around the vent. The front fins are replaced with the pod design. The smallest vent flap on the bottom is reused. Depending on the depth of your gauge the fins behind the front fins may also need to be removed. I designed this with a 52.5mm hole for the gauge. Not all gauges are 52mm be sure to test fit your gauge DO NOT JUST PRESS IT IN. If you feel heavy resistance inserting the gauge, the design will need sanding or you have a gauge larger than 52mm. My gauge pod designs are meant to fit snug so you don't have any rattles or noises. Inexpensive gauges are either larger or smaller than 52mm. If your gauge is too loose add a layer of tape until it fits. Made out of ABS plastic the same material most automotive interior plastic is made of. This is a raw 3D printed part you will see small lines from being made. The part can be sanded and painted and you won't see any lines.
