This engine does not have a blade brake like most push mowers require, It was designed to be used on pressure washers but can be used for other things if you tap the bolt hole out. These were removed from new pressure washers that had a pump defect, Engine may have been ran for a short time. Bolt pattern measurements shown in second listing photo.
