Description: Drops - Cotton Viscose - Lot of 5 cakes Luxury 100% gassed & mercerized cotton blend. Made in Norway. The construction and feel are very much like GGH Mystik.It is a hand dyed colorway of cornflower blue, aqua, pale green. The photo gives a good representation of the color.The fiber is white Drops yarn over-dyed with Prochem professional dyes. Four (4) of the huge cakes have 3 balls of 110 meters wound together, 5.8 oz, (330 meters in each of 4 cakes). One cake has 2 balls of 110 meters wound together, 3.4 oz. (220 meters in this one cake). Adding that up, it is over 1800 meters...enough for a large project.The original drops tags are tucked into each cake. The tags show that the original vintage retail price was $7/ball.If you wish a smaller quantity, please message me & I will break up the lot for you, but adding in your shipping at actual cost, depending on weight.If you wish to buy both lots, message me and I will give you a volume discount. Color - overdyed to blue colorway 54% cotton, 46% viscose23st per 4 in, #4 needle recommended50 grams, 110 meters per ball, multiple balls are wound into each cake The fiber was overdyed with professional dye (ProChem). The yarn is washable and the dyes were set properly with fixer. But, I recommend that you prewash each cake separately from other fiber for a couple of washings. There will be a small amount of dye released because these are intense colors. I charge no more than actual shipping cost & combine items for most economical method & price.
