These are NOT graded, they have been stored in boxes in a closet. And just recently he has put them in 8/9 hole holders in Notebooks to make them easier to scan in. Base Set "Garbage Pail Kids" cards 3 for $.99. For the Base Set GPK promotion to work you MUST put 3 cards of your choosing in the cart. (If you don't use the cart the cards will be $.99 each.) You can chose from any of my $.99 Garbage Pail card listings. Parallels, Chrome, Foil, and Special cards & posters are done slightly differently and will not combine with this promotion. (they have their own) Shipping is 4.25 for the first card, each card after that ships free, no matter how many you buy. * I will not ship in plain white envelopes, they go through machines that bend at 90° angles. There is a chance that your card will bend or get mangled going though those, and tracking can not be traced on USPS. Instead I ship them in penny sleeves, sandwiched in thick cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed inside mylar bags / Manila envelopes, and ship as a package.** With that: 1) Your card(s) arrive in the same condition I listed it / them. 2) You have tracking that can be tracked on USPS website from the minute I drop it off at the Post Office. *Note eBay's shopping cart has a limit of roughly 39 individual cards, once you have reached that limit, eBay MAY make you stop and start another order. If this happens, I will refund any shipping paid on any successive orders shipped together.
