The booklet is marked 1992 at the bottom but this was definitely included with games from the late 1990's and early 2000's so I think that is just a trademark or copyright date and not an actual print date. This booklet is 4 1/2" x 3 5/16" when folded and is 16 1/2" x 9" when folded out. Condition: EX "Excellent" Exceptionally nice. May have some light signs of surface wear. Any of the defects listed below will not be present in this grade. EX- "Excellent Minus" Shows moderate wear. May have the following signs of wear; creases on the cover, a small or light stain, a few dog eared pages, or a small amount of writing. There will be no missing pages, torn pages or water damage. BGN "Bargain" Shows more than average wear. May have of the following signs of wear; creases on the cover, stained cover / internal pages, writing, torn cover / internal pages or dog eared pages. There will be no missing pages. May have light water damage that will be noted above. UG "Ugly" Very rough looking.
