Description: New, an authentic Murano glass bowl, by Venetian glass craftsmen Gambaro & Poggi, produced exclusively on the island of Murano in the province of Venice, Italy. Gorgeous handblown thick glass in a circular shape, speckled with silver dust and with a bed of multicolored Millefiori. Mario Gambaro and Bruno Poggi were born and raised in Murano, and began their glass apprenticeships at an early age, both of them now certified Murano glass masters. Signed on the base “Gambaro & Poggi,” along with transparent Murano tags on the flat top edge of the glass. Measures 6 5/8” in diameter across top and 2.5” high, 2.5” across at polished, signed base.
