Description: Sitting Bull's adopted brother and one of the few Indians for which the army offered a bounty; Gall was bayoneted by soldiers from Fort Berthold and left as dead. He recovered from his wounds and led his people to triumph within the valley of Little Bighorn where Custer and the 7th Cavalry were defeated June 25, 1876. The black and white reproduction approximate 4 x 6 inch card is in good condition, has a white border, some dings, aging on the back, slight crease on the front, with wear on the corners.
