Description: Furniture Paint, "Blue Ridge Mountains", Water Based, Matte, Low VOC Black Dog Salvage Furniture Paint is a water-based, low VOC, matte finish paint originally developed for our custom design shop. Our goal was to create a safe and easy to use paint that is customizable for our, and now your, furniture projects.The lovely dresser shown in this listing was painted with the color "Our Navy", a simple, custom color using 2 parts "Blue Ridge" and 1 part "Black Dog". This furniture paint is aptly named for the beautiful mountain range that graces our area. This blue captures the true essence of our landscape. Our paint line includes 16 pre-mixed colors, including a true black and white, affording you the ability to mix custom tints and shades. There is no limit to the colors you can create. Dries to a velvety, smooth, matte finish Can be used on a multitude of surfaces including glass, metal, wood, and ceramics. Can be applied over paint, varnish, lacquer, or poly. Apply the paint to a clean, smooth surface using either the brush of your choice or a paint sprayer. Easily create distressed effects, washes, or bright bold contemporary finishes with our expandable palette. Water Based Smooth Matte Finish Low VOC Mixable Palette Easy Clean Up Exceptional Coverage: One can of "Pint-Plus" covers approximately 79 square feet. One "Quart" can covers approximately 150 square feet. Our paint must be top coated in order to protect the painted surface. Our Guard Dog Furniture Paint Protector is an acrylic polyurethane available in either Matte or Satin finish.
