We do not open or tamper with the Pop Protector to inspect the boxes. The Pops may appear dirty in the photos, but every Pop Protector has the soft plastic filament still attached. Once removed, your Pops should shine nicely! Unless defects are shown in photos. We have marked the Pops pre-owned to lower your expectation in case your Pop was an opened box.
