Description: This is a very well preserved souvenir cup made circa 1885. It depicts the "Monument at Entrance to Lawton Park, Fort Wayne, Indiana". These cups were almost always made in Germany, and this pink color was very popular in the late 1800's. No hallmarks (which is common for German porcelain of this time period). Dimensions: 3.25" Tall x 4” Wide x 2-5/8” Deep. Unpacked weight: 3.6 oz. Condition: Excellent giftable condition. No visible crazing or discoloration. Paint intact without erosion. No chips, flakes, breaks, mends, repairs, cracks, hairlines, blemishes, or mentionable boo-boo's. Don't feel anything amiss when I run finger around edges. Colored Lawton Park decal is intact, with good color, no scratches or erosion. Gold trim shows slight erosion near handle, but actually this is in unusually good shape for age. On symmetrical items, these photos may appear redundant when there are no distinguishing differences or condition issues between side views.
