Description: Own a piece of world history with this French Third Republic Bicorn(e) for the Administration of Contributions. Shows clear age from being early in the Third Republic but there are no clear dating marking. Has cracks that were repaired long ago on the back and the corner (See photos). I have not attempted any repairs to this authentic item and have displayed it carefully on a foam manikin head. A great display piece from the post-Napoleon republic. Ships USPS only.
