Description: This fun brooch depicts an old French-style rotary phone in luxe, shimmering goldtone. Nicely sized, the brooch measures about 2" x 2 3/8". It will look great on a coat. There is a cartouche on the back, but the plating is so thick, it's impossible to read the mark. Based on identical pieces I've found, the brooch probably was made by the American Jewelry Chain Co. (also known as AJC). AJC was active from 1927 to around 1997.Condition is excellent with no major issues to note. The rolling bar clasp has a tiny bit of wiggle, but is secure.18
