Description: 100% authentic signature of Philippine-American War Medal of Honor recipient PFC Frank C. High, USA (1875-1966). High served with the 2nd Oregon Volunteers during the Philippine-American War. He was awarded the MOH for valor near San Isidro, Philippine Islands on 16 May 1899. VERY Scarce signature.
