For valuable items I use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is both tracked and delivered next working day following posting.48 hour tracked is good for possible combination or part combination of costs so buyers with more than one purchase should receive some reduction on total postal costs. Overseas. I use ebay's Global Shipping. I am responsible for getting an item to ebay's Hub in the UK after which ebay take over to arrange the final leg of the journey to the buyers country/address. Ebay set the rate for this – I cannot influence it. There is no provision for combination of rate. However the service is reliable and negates all sorts of problems with Customs . It also includes for any duties which may be payable. General. I try to charge post/shipping based on what it costs me – the payment to Royal Mail, the envelope, the label, not to mention ebay taking their commission ( 15 -20 %) out of any funds you supply to me, including the postal charge... Please note, I only work as a MAIL ORDER company and there is no pick up facility available unless specifically stated Following a number of problems, I regret that I am no longer able to accept bids/purchases from South America or Africa. Other All items are genuine NOT photocopies, scans or the like I dont do "Buy it Nows" on auction items Finally Most transactions a re problem free. However sometimes something goes wrong.
