The 4" wide aggressive saddle mounted step pads with Westin logo add to the appearance, but their primary function is to provide the best traction for getting in and out of your rig. In fact, each pad has deep paved waterways to keep the step area dry, for non-skid footing. Every set of bars comes with a mount kit custom designed for the truck, which includes detailed instructions. No drilling is required for installation, and all fasteners exposed to the elements are zinc plated stainless steel, for long term durability.
