Description: Do you have a food truck or trailer and drain your oil after every service or use a lid that leaks oil everywhere? I was fed up with that and made my own solution since I couldn't find a lid that worked. These are custom made, all stainless steel, fit right in your fryer's basin with friction. They stop the momentum of oil which is what causes major spills. To order: measure your fryer's basin, in inches. (See picture 3 for diagram). Measurements must be accurate, or else the lid will not be guaranteed to fit. I make the lids slightly smaller than your measurements, and they can be adjusted by hand to get a perfect fit. $150 including shipping to the lower US for normal fryers (no measurement more than 14 1/4") Ask if you have a fryer bigger than that for a custom quote.
