Description: Fresh from an estate in Southern Vermont is this absolutely beautiful all original oil painting. I would date it to around 1910. It depicts full blown roses in a Japanese blue and white ginger jar vase. A blown rose lies on the table surface. It is in the original detailed and intricate Eastlake frame. The back is unopened and some of the nails are old square cut. My thought is that it is painted on board. The painting and the frame are in superb condition! In the frame it measures 14 1/2” by 12 1/2”. Unframed it is 12” by 10”. You will fall in love. Some antiques just have an inbuilt integrity. This painting has it. Please zoom in on the photos to assist you with condition questions and of course you can always ask me. If I can combine on shipping to save you money of course I am glad to do so. I do at times use clean recycled packing materials for all kinds of good reasons. If this doesn’t work for you please don’t buy. Thank you. We have sold on Ebay since the year after they started and other than in the past six years 90 percent of our sales came from selling antique and vintage items. With ONE negative ( crazy person ) and I can’t even begin to tell you how hard that is when selling antique and vintage. We were proud power sellers! Thanks so much and please help a needy animals if you can. They can’t do it for themselves.
